About the journal
Auctus was originally founded by former VCU undergraduate researcher, Honors College student and Goldwater Scholar, Christopher Pang. We hope to honor Mr. Pang’s original vision for Auctus as a student-driven journal that profiles the wide variety of undergraduate research and scholarship taking place at VCU. - Auctus is student-run, peer-reviewed, and edited, with review assistance from faculty members.
- Auctus accepts outstanding submissions from all disciplines.
- Auctus welcomes submissions of research articles, technical papers, expository articles, and works of creative scholarship.
- Auctus supports VCU’s mission of "engage[ing] all undergraduates in research, scholarship and creative expression." As a result, Auctus is available to all as a Web-based publication.
